A small number of oral presentation slots will be available. If you would like your abstract to be considered for oral presentation, please remember to indicate this when submitting your abstract. The majority of abstracts submitted will be chosen for poster presentation, but we must keep oral presentations to a designated quantity.
The Conference Organiser must receive your abstract on or before 23:59 BST, Monday 30th September 2013 and must be submitted through the online submission area.
The categories for abstracts being called for are listed at the bottom of this page. Please refer to this before submitting.
All abstracts received for poster presentation by 23:59 BST, Friday 30th August 2013 will be notified week commencing Monday 9th September 2013.
All abstracts received by 23:59 BST, Monday 30th September 2013 will be notified week commencing Monday 7th October 2013. We will also notify of oral presentations at this time.
Instructions for Submission of Abstracts
The first step is to register an account before you continue with entering your personal details as well as the abstract itself.
Please note once you have started your submission, all sections must be complete in order for your submission to be saved. You can enter ‘still to be completed’ in the relevant box if you are not ready to submit all information.

You will automatically be sent an acknowledgement via email to confirm that your abstract has been received. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of uploading your abstract then please contact the Conference Organisers immediately.
Notification of Accepted Abstracts
Authors will be informed of the decision of the Scientific Committee at the address given for correspondence by the beginning of October 2013, and their decision is final. At that time you will be given full details of the format and timing of your presentation. Please note that all presenters of accepted abstracts will be expected to register for the conference at the appropriate rate.
